SAITRIO V1.0 directs purchases to Amazon and does not process checkout payments on this website. For a return, cancellation, exchange or refund of an Amazon order, start with the relevant order in Amazon Your Orders and follow the options and conditions shown there. Return windows and eligibility depend on the transaction, seller and applicable rules.

Defective or Malfunctioning Products

For product defects or operating issues, contact service@saitrio.com with the product model, order number or proof of purchase, and a description of the problem. Relevant photos or video may help us assist you. A request for warranty assistance is separate from any Amazon order-return workflow.

Refund Handling

Amazon-order refunds are generally administered through the applicable Amazon order/payment process. SAITRIO does not directly reverse payments made at Amazon checkout through this website. We will assist with qualifying product concerns and honor any remedies required by our limited warranty or applicable law.
