At SAITRIO, we believe that better sleep begins with thoughtful design—and that protecting your privacy is part of that commitment. This Privacy Policy explains how SAITRIO ("SAITRIO," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and protects personal information when you visit saitrio.com (the "Website"), explore our products, contact us, request support or warranty service, or otherwise interact with our services.
Our Website is hosted by Shopify. At present, product purchase links direct customers to Amazon, where purchases are completed under Amazon's own terms and privacy practices. This notice covers information SAITRIO processes, not information a third-party marketplace processes independently.
2. Information We Collect
Information you provide. We may receive your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, product model, purchase date, retailer order number, proof of purchase, photographs or videos of product issues, troubleshooting information, support messages, manual requests, warranty claims, and any other information you choose to send. If a newsletter or launch notification form is offered and you sign up, we also collect your subscription preferences. Please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information or complete payment-card details.
Information collected through the Website. Shopify and enabled Website technologies may process IP address, device and browser details, approximate location inferred from IP address, cookie and similar identifiers, referring pages, pages viewed, links selected, session and diagnostic information, and security signals. The exact data collected depends on enabled features and your privacy choices.
Information from other sources. Subject to marketplace rules and applicable law, we may receive limited order or service information from Amazon or another retailer; delivery and tracking updates from logistics providers; and communications or technical information from service providers. We do not assume that Amazon provides us with every customer's complete order or payment details.

SAITRIO's Website does not collect payment-card numbers for transactions completed on Amazon. If you subsequently request assistance from SAITRIO, we may ask you for an order number, proof of purchase, product details, correspondence, and a delivery address for an approved replacement. Those details are handled under this policy. Amazon's own processing is governed by Amazon's privacy practices.
8. Product and Device Data
Current SAITRIO Air1 cooling systems are not designed to transmit sleep-stage, heart-rate, biometric, or other personal health measurements to SAITRIO through an internet-connected sleep-monitoring service. We may nevertheless receive information about comfort, sleep experiences, or health-related concerns if you voluntarily include it in a customer-support message; please share only what is necessary.
If future products introduce connected-device functions, applications, or sleep analytics that collect additional information, we will provide updated disclosures and any legally required choices before that processing begins.
9. Retention and Security
We retain information for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described here, including completing inquiries, administering warranties, maintaining appropriate records, resolving disputes, preventing abuse, and meeting legal requirements. Retention varies by record type; it is not automatically limited to the warranty period. We delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of information when no longer required, subject to backups and legal obligations.
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards, including appropriate access restrictions and the security measures of our service providers. No internet transmission or storage method is completely secure.
10. International Processing
SAITRIO serves customers internationally and uses website, communications, and other service providers that may process personal information in different countries or regions, including jurisdictions with data-protection rules different from those where you live. Where applicable law requires a specific transfer mechanism or safeguard, we will use appropriate measures for the relevant transfer.
11. Business Operator and Data Controller
SAITRIO is operated by ATRIGLOBAL TECH LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong SAR. For personal information processed in connection with SAITRIO’s Website and customer services, ATRIGLOBAL TECH LIMITED is the responsible business operator and, where applicable, the data controller, except where a third party determines its own processing purposes and acts as an independent controller. 12. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your residence and applicable law, you may be entitled to access, correct, delete, obtain a copy of, restrict, or object to certain processing of your personal information; withdraw consent; opt out of certain targeted advertising, sales, or sharing; or appeal a decision. These rights are subject to legal conditions and exceptions.
To make a request, email service@saitrio.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and describe what you need. We may request information reasonably necessary to verify identity or an authorized agent's authority. We will respond within the time required by applicable law. We will not unlawfully discriminate against you for exercising a protected right. Where available, you may also use Website cookie preferences or a data-sharing opt-out page.

13. Additional Notice for US Residents
Depending on the applicable state law and its coverage thresholds, eligible US residents may have rights to know categories and specific pieces of personal information, request correction or deletion, obtain information about disclosure recipients, opt out of certain sale/sharing/targeted advertising, and appeal certain decisions.
In the preceding 12 months, depending on actual interactions and enabled technologies, categories that may have been processed include identifiers and contact details; commercial and warranty information; internet or electronic network activity; approximate geolocation inferred from IP address; and customer communications. Sources, purposes, and recipient categories are described in Sections 2, 3, and 6. We do not knowingly use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics for unrelated purposes.
Whether advertising-related data disclosure is legally a sale or sharing depends on the technologies actually enabled and the law that applies. This section does not assert that a particular state's privacy statute applies to SAITRIO regardless of its thresholds.
