2-Year Limited Warranty

ATRIGLOBAL TECH LIMITED, operating under the SAITRIO brand, provides this limited warranty for eligible SAITRIO products purchased through authorized sales channels in the United States.

1. Who Is Covered

This limited warranty is provided to the original purchaser of an eligible SAITRIO product, with valid proof of purchase from an authorized sales channel. Transfer to subsequent owners is not included in this voluntary warranty, without limiting any rights provided by law.

2. Warranty Period

Coverage lasts for two (2) years from the original purchase date. A valid receipt or order confirmation may be required to establish the purchase date and eligibility.

3. What Is Covered

Defects in materials or workmanship that arise under normal use in accordance with the product instructions. For Air1, this may include qualifying manufacturing defects affecting the main unit, cooling pad, or other non-consumable product components. Each claim is assessed on the available evidence and circumstances.

4. What Is Not Covered

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the voluntary warranty excludes consumables and ordinary wear; accidental or cosmetic damage unrelated to a covered defect; misuse, abuse, improper installation or maintenance; unauthorized alteration or repair; and damage from external events unrelated to a manufacturing defect. A product issue is not excluded merely because it involves a cooling pad or a leak: qualifying manufacturing defects remain covered.

5. How to Request Service

Email service@saitrio.com with your name, product model, purchase date, order number or proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and relevant photos or video if available. Do not ship products back without receiving instructions from our support team.

6. Warranty Remedies

For an eligible claim, SAITRIO will assess the issue and provide an appropriate repair, replacement of the product or affected component, or another remedy as required by applicable law. The remedy and procedure will depend on the defect and applicable legal requirements. This warranty does not promise automatic replacement for every reported issue.

7. US Warranty Shipping

For qualifying warranty repair or replacement service within the United States, SAITRIO will not charge standard shipping fees associated with the approved warranty remedy. Our support team will provide shipment instructions. No expedited service commitment is made.

8. Territory

This voluntary two-year warranty is offered for eligible purchases through authorized sales channels in the United States. For purchases in other regions, contact us for the applicable local sales and warranty arrangements; this provision does not diminish rights under applicable local law.

9. Legal Rights and Limitations

This limited warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state or jurisdiction.

Nothing in this warranty limits or excludes any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be waived or restricted.
