For tracking, delays, missing packages or delivery disputes on an Amazon order, first use Amazon Your Orders or the applicable seller-support process.

Warranty Replacement Shipping

For a qualifying US warranty repair or replacement, SAITRIO will not charge the original purchaser standard shipping fees for the covered warranty service. Our team will explain the approved shipment and any necessary return procedure. Expedited shipping or services outside the qualifying US warranty scope are not promised by this policy.
